Insurance is extremely important when traveling abroad as many unpredictable and uncontrollable situations may occur, to the group as a whole or to an individual, including medical emergencies. Changes to and/or cancellation of the tour may occur due to such unpredictable and uncontrollable situations. ABT and/or its associates cannot be held liable for situations which are out of our/their control. Therefore we highly recommend that travelers purchase a travel insurance that will cover changes in flights and cancellation of tour for any reason.

⇩ Registration, Payment and Cancellation terms

Registration:
To register and secure a spot on the tour, you must start by filling this form and paying the registration fee online. Please note registration fee is non-refundable in any case. All personal details must match passport wording otherwise penalties will be applied by airlines. Form and payment are required for each passenger separately. Spots are limited and given on a first come, first served basis. The registration fee is included in tour price. Note: only the passengers who received a confirmation email sent by the tour operator will have a spot saved for them.

September 5th, 2024

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be done by writing to [email protected].
Cancellations up to Jul 5th, 2024 – refund of 100% of all payments less a non-refundable $1000 fee.
Cancellation between Jul 6th, 2024 and Sep 5th, 2024 - refund of 50% of all payments less the non-refundable fee.
Cancellation on Sep 6th, 2024 and onward – non refundable.

Payment:
To all payments by credit card a surcharge of 3% will be added (except for the registration fee).
All checks must be written to Amsalem Business Travel and mailed to Amsalem Business Travel, 1680 State Route 23 North, Suite 410, Wayne, NJ 07470.
Please include the traveler name and the name of the tour leader as written on top of this form.
